Career Technical Education Option

The notification must also clarify the differences between the eligibility requirements for admission to CSU and UC and the high school graduation requirements set by the school district or county office of education.

An apostille is a notarized copy of a school record that has been authenticated by the California Secretary of State. Can the CDE assist me with this? It verifies that a California Notary Publics signature is valid. Verification of the student’s academic record may be requested by the receiving school, college, or employer when an American seeks employment or educational opportunities overseas. In order to do this, the American must obtain a notarized copy of their high school transcripts from the school that issued them. After that, the California Secretary of State receives this notarized document and issues an Apostille confirming the legitimacy of the California Notary Public’s signature.
